Amazing view of the gulf!

The location of this property is perfect for getting to and from anywhere on 30A and is literally right on the beach. You cannot beat the views of the gulf from the living area, master suite and private back porch. It is an older property but has been well updated and furnished. We would stay here again.

My wife and I are homeowners in a resort called Sandestin located in Miramar Beach Florida. We currently spend six months in our home up north in Massachusetts, and six months here at Miramar Beach. When we are up north, we rent our bungalow for two reasons one being the income, it derives, the other being that the property is looked after when we are not there.

When we first started to rent, we used three different rental companies and we’re very unhappy with not only the results of the rental but the care of our property in general so we looked and found a company Called Russell Vacation rentals. We’ve been using them now for nine years and are extremely happy with both the results of rentals and the care they have taken with our property.

Russell Vacation rentals has made it very easy for us to be six months up north. Whenever a problem may occur they are there on the spot solving it. The entire team at Russell Vacation Rentals (RVR) has been such an asset in managing my condo. The RVR team coordinates to ensure that the condo is clean and they inform me of any concerns they see during the routine inspections which allow me the flexibility to determine how best to address any improvements that need attention.
